Start of Something big.

So as I've found out a while ago my brother deleted my previous world, destroying my town of Gallington and the temple projects I was working on. So, after bitching at him I've began work on a new project on a new world.

This time I'm not doing the whole city set up as I usually do. This time around I'm shooting to build a massive structure. A kind of cathedral dedicated to... something. Me I guess. Or just dedicated to sanctuary.

This is what I managed to accomplish so far. My wooden cabin will be converted as part of the structure as my living and production quarters (the basement has all the furnaces needed to fire my stone). This is the higher level, marked with a kind of podium which I'll put an alter down on the level below, in front of it. From there I plan to push out with dirt to make a giant hall. This is likely to go as far as where I originally spawned (in the sand there, by the clay) and maybe then some. The whole project is set to pretty much be one big line. Although I hope to build some towers at some point. Height it yet to be determined, but I'll need to make it tall to look nice proportionally.

I'm in for a big project. Maybe I'll upload pictures as I build it to give a sense of progression.
